What are your turnaround times?
Timelines begin after payment & artwork approval.
Extended time will be added during busy seasons.

Apparel Printing

• 1–5 shirts: 1–3 business days
• 6–11 shirts: 3–5 business days
• 12+ shirts: 5–10 business days

Embroidery
• 1–5 items: 5–7 business days
• 12+ items: 7–14 business days

Print on Demand (POD)
• Production: 5–7 business days, plus shipping time.


Do you offer rush service?
Yes—rush service is available for an additional fee. Pricing depends on order size and the deadline. Same-day or next-day for a single shirt is possible with a rush fee.
POD orders are not eligible for rush.

What payment methods do you accept and when is payment due?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cash (local).

• Orders under 12 shirts reqires payment in full upfront.
• Orders 12+ shirts: 50% non-refundable deposit to start; balance due before pickup/shipping.
All embroidery orders: 50% non-refundable deposit (digitizing/setup costs).
What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns/exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and free of odors (smoke, cologne, deodorant). Customers are responsible for returning items within 7 days of receiving the return label.

Returns/exchanges not shipped within 7 days will be cancelled, and all approved returns or exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Personalized/custom items are typically final sale unless there’s a defect on our end.
Can I provide my own garments or blanks?
Yes, but all work on customer-supplied items is at the customer’s risk. Some materials may not be compatible with our processes. BLVCKLABEL LLC is not responsible for damage, defects, or replacement of customer-supplied items.
What artwork/file types do you accept?
High-resolution PNG, PDF or vector files (.AI / .EPS) at 300 DPI are preferred. For embroidery, a .DST/.EMB file is ideal; we can digitize your logo if you don’t have one (digitizing fee may apply).
Do I get a proof before you produce my order?
Yes—we send a digital mockup for approval. Production begins after you approve the proof and payment is received.
Are there order minimums?

No — we do not have order minimums. Whether you need just one custom shirt, a single patch, or a full bulk order, we’re happy to make it happen.

Order as little or as much as you need — every project is welcome.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — bulk pricing is available on larger orders. Discounts typically start at 12 pieces or more, depending on the service.

The more you order, the lower your cost per item. For a custom bulk quote, please request a quote.
Do you ship?

Yes — we ship nationwide via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or included in your invoice, depending on how your order is placed.

Please note: production time is separate from shipping time. If you need your order by a specific date, let us know so we can recommend the best option.

How should I wash and care for my items?
Printed Apparel: Wash cold, inside out; tumble dry low or hang dry; avoid ironing directly on the print. Don't use bleach or fabric softeners.

Embroidery/Patches: Wash cold or warm; tumble dry low; avoid bleach to preserve thread color.
Can you print copyrighted or trademarked designs?
By submitting artwork, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to reproduce the design. BLVCKLABEL LLC is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement on customer-submitted artwork.
How do I request a quote?
